I am interested in forest structure and biomass. I work on LiDAR data, especially employing terrestrial laser scanning data to develop 3D tree structure models, which is important for estimating above-ground biomass and carbon stored in trees and forests across scale, and providing deeper insights into tree architecture for wider ecological applications.
